Our story
Crepas began as a single griddle, a family batter recipe, and a stubborn belief that coffee deserves the same care as food. We keep the room small on purpose — close enough to hear the batter hiss and the milk steam.
The batter is mixed each morning, the beans are dialed in each shift, and everything is cooked to order. Come in, pick a corner, and let us fold it warm.
